RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At GlowMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or the Contact Us page
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
REVERCE PICKUP
- Reverse pickup is available in selected locations
- If not available, you may need to self-ship the product to our address
- In case of damaged/incorrect items, return shipping cost may be reimbursed
REFUND POLICY
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
REPLACEMENT POLICY
- We offer free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Replacement requests are subject to product availability
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
IMPORTANT NOTES
- GlowMart reserves the right to رفض return requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria
- Slight differences in color or appearance due to lighting/screens are not considered defects
